Is it on even though Corona is going around? - No We are not running outdoor group training sessions while Corvid-19 is rife, we arnt ruling anything out for 2020, but currently we insist you train with our online Pandemic Workout Program. 

Will I get Dirty? - Yes..The Course aint called Clean-Fit!

What should i Wear? - Comfy gym wear, preferably long sleeves and leggings or pants to protect elbows and knees. . Bring a change of comfy warm clothes, wet wipes and a towel too.

 

Im not very fit...can i still come? - Yes...Training makes you fitter, we cater for all fitness levels. We operate two different levels of training, Team and Competitive

 

What is the difference in the 'WE' and 'ME' courses? - The 'WE' course is a team building course focusing on training as a group in a team building setting for team OCR races.  The 'ME' course is a competitive fitness course focusing on individual strength and conditioning for competitive timed OCR races.

What is the Gauntlet? - The Gauntlet is a timed fitness test over as set obstacle course. Each Gauntlet course is arranged differently on the day to challenge all levels of attendees. 

Have i got to do an OCR race to do the training course? - No you can still train with us even if you have not booked an event, however Mud-Fit offers a discount on Tough Mudder ticket prices.

 

Are there toilets at the course locations? - No, none of our venues have toilets as we are mostly out in the wild for our sessions. We can point you to some scenic bushes if you need to really go, our coaches we may even have wet-wipes on them if you ask.  

Is there Parking at training venues? - Yes all of our training venues have off road parking, we do have to highlight that you leave your car and its contents at your own risk and Mud-Fit and our coaches cannot be liable for any loss damage or theft. While Training, Coaches will be able to keep your car keys safe so you can free of worry or getting stabbed by keys.

Is there Disabled Access at Mud-Fit? - As we operate our fitness sessions, we require participants to be able to crawl, climb, run, roll, jump, lift, and assist others to do so over a multitude of terrain and obstacles in different venues and to keep up with the session tempo as a group. We understand everyone has different levels of fitness, fears and physical restrictions, we are open to anyone training with us and as from experience sometimes private group sessions are more suited in some circumstances.
